Dairy Calculation All in One website / Mobile App is a straight forward solution of staffs or workers associated with dairy industry. This Calculator app is developed so nicely that common people can also operate /calculate easily. They will learn about milk and milk products processing. In this website we have presented tables or forms for “Input Value” and for required value or “Output Value”. Output Value will change automatically when Input Value will be changed. Links of each table/form given to Home Page or Main page of website / Mobile App. You may shifted to main page from calculation table/form page. Legal standard value (FSSAI – Food Safety Standard Authority of India) has been taken as predefined value in most of calculation tables. But anybody can use calculation tables to calculate as per their needs or legal requirements.

List of Calculations

Toned Milk (TM) Standardization -

You have to enter Batch size (in litre), Batch Fat% and SNF% (Indian Legal standard Fat%=3.0, SNF=8.5%)

Raw Milk -1 means raw milk available in Tank or Silo-1. You have to enter Raw Milk-1 Quantity, Fat% and SNF% of Raw Milk-1

Raw Milk -2 would be require if quantity of Raw Milk-1 is less available. You have to enter Fat% and SNF% of Raw Milk -2.

Note: For easy Calculation you may enter same value for Fat% & SNF% in both Raw Milk -1 and Raw Milk-2 fields.

SMP (Skimmed Milk Powder) TS (Total Solid) has been taken 96.6% after substracting moisture. SMP is used for SNF% adjustment.

So output Value or required Value is – Quantity of Raw Milk -2, SMP and Water in litre.

Standard Milk (SM) Standardization –

You have to enter Batch size (in litre), Batch Fat% and SNF% (Indian Legal standard Fat%=4.5, SNF=8.5%)

rests are same as TM Standardization.

So output Value or required Value is – Quantity of Raw Milk -2, SMP and Water in litre.

Double Toned Milk (DTM) Standardization –

You have to enter Batch size (in litre), Batch Fat% and SNF% (Indian Legal standard Fat%=1.5, SNF=9.0%)

So output Value or required Value is – Quantity of Raw Milk -2, SMP and Water in litre.

Full Cream Milk (FCM) Standardization –

You have to enter Batch size (in litre), Batch Fat% and SNF% (Indian Legal standard Fat%=6.0, SNF=9.0%)

Raw Milk -1 means raw milk available in Tank or Silo-1. You have to enter Raw Milk-1 Quantity, Fat% and SNF% of Raw Milk-1

Here Raw Milk -2 has not been taken for standardization, instead Cream has been taken for Fat% adjustment. You have to enter Cream Fat% and Cream SNF%.

Milk SNF (Solid Not Fat) Calculation

If know the Value of Milk Fat% and CLR (Correct Lactometer Reading), we can calculate SNF%, TS% and Water% in milk.
