Methyal Red incator 1 g vol makeup 100 ml with alcohol
Standard Indophenol Solution Dissolve 50 mg of sodium 2, 6-dichloro-benzenone indophenol, that has been stored in a dessicator over soda lime, in 50 ml of water to which 42 mg of sodium bi carbonate has been added. Shake vigorously and ,when the indophenol has completely dissolved, dilute it to 200 ml with water. Filter the solution through a fluted filter paper into an amber glass stoppered bottle. Keep the bottle stoppered, out of direct sunlight, and store in a refrigerator.
